What topics will be covered in the course?
Topics
The course shows the design of agile practices in the areas of information, project, knowledge and change management. Here, the agile values, principles, practices and methods originally developed in agile software development are adapted to the various application areas of management. Elements such as working in and with self-organized teams, employee motivation, team communication, customer integration, quality management methods as well as their design and application are presented.
Learning objectives
You will be able to handle agile tools, practices and process models for information, knowledge, project and change management and apply them to practical cases.
You will be able to recognize from the knowledge gained the meaningful use of agile management compared to classical methods.
They know how complex processes can be managed as quickly, sustainably and cost-effectively as possible.
You have an understanding of the importance of communication in processes.

What forms of examination are there?
The examination consists of a 30-minute presentation with a 10-15 minute discussion and a subsequent written paper (approx. 30,000 words) on a current topic in the field of agile management.
