As a graduate or young professional in the fields of mathematics, information technology, natural sciences and technology (MINT), your career can now really take off - but how exactly should that happen? We have compiled results from our own and many other studies and worked out career-promoting measures (not only, but especially) for the STEM sector. The result is an online tool that gives you tips based on your experiences so far, points out possible next steps and provides insights into the careers of other successful women from the STEM sector. All you have to do is enter your previous career stages at www.check-deine-karriere.de - anonymously and without a long registration process. After you have entered your information, you can directly browse through suitable tips in different categories (e.g. next steps or work-life balance), save particularly good tips, download your results for later and maybe come back in a while, adjust your entries and get more tips. You can also give us your feedback on the tool in an integrated survey - so we can develop the tool further and adapt it to your needs.
