Sarah Müller has been working as a research assistant at the Cybernetics Lab since January 2015. She studied Psychology (M.Sc.) at the RWTH Aachen University with a focus on personnel and organizational psychology. During her studies Ms. Müller has been operating in the fields of ergonomics, human resources and organizational research, and staff development. After her studies, she worked in an internationally active research and consulting institute. Her research focuses on organizational development, in particular with a focus on demographics, cooperation research and promotion as well as human robot collaboration.
