Sarah Müller-Abdelrazeq has been a researcher at the Cybernetics Lab since January 2015, she is leading the department "Socio-Technical Systems". She studied psychology (M.Sc.) at RWTH Aachen University with a focus on personnel and organisational psychology. After her studies, she first worked in an internationally active research and consulting institute. She successfully completed her dissertation on the topic of "Triadic phase model of the interaction of attitude subject, object and context in industrial human-robot interaction" in 2019. Her current research focuses include topics such as organisational development, smart city and sustainability.
